Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
The following are general rules that govern all return or exchange requests:
  • Only returns due to items given as gift, wrong items, damages and size exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days of receipt.
  • All promotional purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Requests for returns and exchanges must have approval in order to be processed.
  • By returning the merchandise, the customer agrees to pay for the additional courier fees.
  • Items must be returned unopened, unused, unaltered and unwashed with tags and labels, in their original packaging. 
  • Customers must print the return slip and include it in the package to be returned or exchanged.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are processed on Saturdays of each week. 

 

Size Exchange
To return an item follow the directions below:
  1. To request an exchange, send an email to orders@atletikaph.comwith the Subject:"Exchange_[Order Number]" including photos of the item, and make an online request for exchange within seven (7) days after shipment date. 
  2. Once your return request has been validated by the Atletika team, a confirmation email will be received with the instructions for return. 
  3. Print the return slip attached in the confirmation email. Include the return slip in your package so we can easily find your order.
  4. A period of seven (7) days will be allotted for the mailing back of the merchandise. After this period, the item will no longer be valid for exchange. 

 

Late Returns

Any item returned after seven (7) days of receipt is not eligible for exchange or refund.

 

Damages 

Damages are rare, but if you receive a damaged product please email us at orders@atletikaph.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. To receive a refund or exchange, follow the directions below:

  1. Do not remove the tags/labels.
  2. For faulty items, send an email to orders@atletikaph.comwith the Subject:"Faulty Item_[Order Number]" including the order number and a photo of the faulty item and make an online request for exchange within seven (7) days after shipment date. 
  3. Once your return request has been validated by the Atletika team, we will either provide a full refund or exchange, depending on stock and availability. A confirmation email will be received with the instructions for return, and details for exchange or refund. 
  4. Print the return slip attached in the confirmation email. Include the return slip in your package so we can easily find your order. 

 

Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less a the return label fee if applicable. Any duties paid for orders shipped will NOT be refunded. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
