How do I order?
Select the item/s you would like to purchase on our Website, choose your size, select your quantity, and click on the option, Add to Cart. Click on the Checkout button once you're ready to pay for your order.
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
Because we do our best to fulfill every order as soon as possible, we will be unable to make changes to order details, including address changes, once your order has been placed. If you do need to change anything, please us at email email@example.com, with the subject "Change Order_[Order Number]" as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate changes before your order processes. Thank you for your understanding.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view your order status on your Order Status page (link included in the Order Confirmation email), which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.
If you don’t receive an Order Confirmation email within 24 hrs from placing your order, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I cancel my order?
You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 24 hours. If it’s been longer than 24 hours, email us at email@example.com and we’ll help find an alternative solution.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid Atletika promo codes, please choose the one you want to use more.
Can I pre-order item/s?
We accept requests for quotations and pre-orders for all items available on our Website. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject, "Pre-Order_[Customer Name]" to process your request.

Do you accept wholesale order/s?
We accept wholesale orders for both local and international buyers. Please contact us at email@example.com with the subject, "Wholesale Order_[Customer Name]" for more information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Atletika accepts the following:
- Paypal: We accept payments through PayPal either through credit card or a Paypal account. You do not need a PayPal account to pay using your credit card.
- Paymongo: We accept payments through Paymongo. You can pay via GCash, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Paymaya, GCash, Coins.ph, 711, Cebuana Lhuiller and M.Lhuiller. A link will be provided after checkout to process your payment.
- BDO Bank Deposit or Fund Transfer
- BPI Bank Deposit or Fund Transfer
For bank deposits, bank details will be provided with your Order Confirmation email after checkout. Note that reservation is only up to two (2) business days only. Kindly settle all remaining balances immediately to avoid any cancellations of your order.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
Where do you ship?
We ship our products within the Philippines and to International locations. Additional shipping fees apply. Please refer to our Shipping page for more information regarding Shipping. We are working on bringing Atletika everywhere around the world. Tag us @Atletika.ph to let us know where you live!
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of Php 160.00 for all domestic orders.
For International shipping, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of Php 2,200.00 or USD 45.00 for all International orders. Please refer to our Shipping page for more information regarding Shipping.
How long does shipping take?
You may experience delays in shipment but rest assured we are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped and returns processed as quickly as possible. Shipments to Philippine locations will take 7-10 business days while International shipments will take 6-14 business days. Atletika is not responsible for any courier shipment delays.
Can I expedite my order?

What do I do if I didn't receive a shipment?
If you're missing item/s or shipments, contact us at email@example.com, with the subject, "Missing Item_[Order Number]" within seven (7) days of ship date. We will process your order immediately.
What do I do if I received the wrong shipment?
If you received the wrong shipment, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject, "Wrong Item_[Order Number]" within seven (7) days of ship date. We will process your order immediately.
How can I redeem a gift card?
Just click the REDEEM GIFT CARD link in the email. If you are having difficulty, log in first and then click the link via your email.
How can I pay with a gift card?
Gift cards work like store credit on Atletikaph.com. Once you have applied the gift card to your account, it will automatically apply to your next purchase. If you do not have enough store credit in your account to complete the purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your credit card.

When will I receive my exchange order?
After your request for exchange has been approved, your order will arrive 1-3 business days for shipments within Metro Manila and 2-4 business days for the rest of the Philippines.
We do not currently offer exchanges for International orders due to high shipping costs. You will receive a Store Credit code if you wish to exchange your item for another size or style.
