Atletika Policy
  • By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site. 
  • All transactions are considered final and non- refundable.
  • Items on sale are limited and thus considered final, non- refundable, and non- exchangeable.
  • Refunds are only accepted when the item is considered faulty by the Atletika Team.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Colors may vary due to screen resolution.
  • The Atletika Team is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed (due to courier) packages. 

 

Return Policy

  • Only size exchanges seven (7) days after the shipment date are accepted by the Atletika team. 
  • By returning the merchandise, the customer agrees to pay for the additional courier fees.
  • Items must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed. 
  • To request an exchange, send an email to customerservice@atletikaph.com, with the Subject:"Exchange_[Order Number]" including photos of the item, and make an online request for exchange within seven (7) days after shipment date. 
  • Once your return request has been validated by the Atletika team, a confirmation email will be received with the instructions for return. A period of seven (7) days will be allotted for the mailing back of the merchandise. After this period, the item will no longer be valid for exchange.

 

Faulty Items

For faulty items, please send an email to customerservice@atletikaph.com, with the Subject:"Faulty Item," including the order number and a photo of the faulty item and make an online request for return. We will process your request as well as your refund immediately.
